KNEAD differs from other technology providers in that it promotes an ‘integrated’ approach when planning and implementing their products and services. Let KNEAD show you how to plan and implement products and services that integrate seamlessly with your organization’s or business’ current marketing, communication or fund development programs. Consulting ServicesFor most organizations and businesses today, the challenge of planning, implementing and deploying an integrated email marketing strategy is a major challenge and potentially confusing. Where do you start? Organizations and businesses will need help in understanding the solutions and technologies, sorting through the available options and help in selecting the right product for the right strategy. This is where KNEAD plays a major consulting role. KNEAD’s professional and experienced consultants will; ü Help organizations and businesses identify how these new technologies and eproducts can benefit them. ü Reduce costs and improve efficiencies. ü Drive both online and other revenues. ü Select the solutions that are right for your needs. ü Develop and implement methods for evaluating solutions that show a positive ROI. The first consulting service to consider is having a ‘Needs’ Assessment’ completed. Consultants review the organization or business Internet communications’ programs, goals and objectives. An integrated email marketing strategy is the final goal of the assessment and it includes setting out potential objectives, sources of content, staff resources required and revenue goals. As part of the Needs’ Assessment process, KNEAD recommends that clients consider having sponsors identified and recognized in their various eproducts to help fund the costs of its programs. KNEAD’s role is to help develop sample creative and sponsorship benefits like having sponsors’ logos and links to their web site on the eproduct deployed. KNEAD also helps clients develop costing and full benefit package to be marketed to corporate sponsors as well as helping to make presentations to them. See ProductsFAQ How can I proceed with an eNewsletter or eCampaign program when I do not have any budgeted funds? Both eCampaign and eNewsletter can easily be sponsored to underwrite the costs of the application. In some cases, sponsorship revenue will in itself be a significant revenue stream. KNEAD works with clients to identify corporate sponsors, develop sample creative and sponsor benefit packages to market to sponsors and assist your staff in making presentations. Clients can decide to pay for this in two ways- pay directly and recoup the costs later via sponsorship or have a percentage of sponsor revenue go to pay for this service and pay nothing. Where the organization does not permit sponsorship, they should consider reallocating funds from their operating budget. For example, reduce the number of printed Annual Reports, post a PDF copy of the Annual report on their web site and re-allocate the funds to implement the eNewsletter or eCampaign.
How can you assist us if we do not have sufficient number of email addresses collected? KNEAD has a multi-step strategy to help your organization collect a sufficient number of email addresses in 3-4 months' time at no cost. Also, the pass along to friend capability will quickly help grow your elist. Pass alongs are automatically added to your elist and our experience indicates that a great majority will stay subscribed. Simply email us regarding your interest in our multi-step strategy. How can we implement an eNewsletter campaign if we do not have the staff resources to take on more responsibilities? The eNewsletter application is very user friendly. The time to input articles is very simple by using the cut and paste functionality. After being trained and using the application a couple of times, it should take only a couple of hours to build your eNewsletter. Staff can forward articles remotely and the Administrator simply cuts and pastes them to the Builder Template. The tracking capability will add important learning of individual members as they click to read more and the fact that other modules can be integrated into the eNewsletter like eVents, paying membership dues online, etc.., will reduce paperwork. There may actually be some staff time cost reduction and other cost savings as you can test articles electronically before committing them to paper. We currently have a PDF newsletter or simple text newsletter - why should I consider implementing your product? There are several reasons, firstly our eNewsletter has greater functionality. One of the first steps is to take your current elist and test it for HTML capability and bad eaddresses. This will permit the eNewsletterto be deployed in the format best suited to the individual member/customer. The tracking will let you know the interests of your individual members/customers which can be downloaded into the members file (for iMIS clients) and integration of other modules like registering online, paying membership dues online, etc.., will help save staff time. You can also see when a member clicked on a function but did not complete it (eg. register for an event). This 'intention gap' saves staff time because you can target those persons for precise follow-up. Finally, we recommend clients consider having corporate sponsors help underwrite the costs of this application and we have consultants who can help you in this area. (See above.) KNEAD well understands and acknowledges that all organizations and businesses must ensure that information about their supporters and customers must be maintained in a highly confidential manner. KNEAD currently uses Q9 as its ISP and guarantees in all of its contracts that clients’ information will be kept confidential at all times and no elists or individual recipients’ information will be distributed to any third parties.
